CPP Management Fee Structure

Management Fees will normally be between 3% and 8% of the properties total rent. The difference will depend on the type, age and number of buildings you own. Costs also vary based on the number and type of businesses operate from the property and how complex the building systems are.

No Minimum Fees

CPP does not have a minimum fee structure so regardless of the size of your property the fee will be quoted fairly based on the amount of management the property requires.

Setup Costs

There is no cost to landlords for the initial setup of your property. This includes setting outgoings budgets, engaging maintenance contractors and documentation for health and safety.

Consultancy Fees

Our standard consultation rate is $240 per hour and the first 30 minute consultation is free. We provide estimates of time prior to commencing any project for you.
