Comprehensive Contracts come with a “No Exclusions Guarantee” which means any services CPP provides relating to the management of your property will be carried out without additional charges.

  • CPP is able to offer contracts with no minimum fee for smaller commercial properties. Most management companies charge a minimum fee if you have a smaller commercial property, but CPP is agile enough to look after your commercial asset for a fair market price.

  • When you engage CPP under a comprehensive management contract, we guarantee that there will be no additional costs for any services that we provide relating to the management of your property. Many Property Management companies have exclusions written into their contracts and Landlords can end up with considerable extra charges.   • Our consultancy service is also available to deal with isolated issues or improve your in-house management even if you don’t require a Property Management Contract.
