I have known Kirstin since 2011. Within this period she has managed all of our commercial and industrial properties in Auckland and Hamilton. As the properties have been purchased or built, she has set up the management structure with the tenants, including implementing and managing the OPEX budget, and day to day management of all building and tenant needs.
